Our beef is hormone and antibiotic free and very lean. You see, the Belted Galloways are hearty animals so we don't need to use hormones and antibiotics and can raise them on a mainly grass diet. Belties also naturally produce lean beef. You can find out more about this at www.beltie.org.

Our freezer beef is packaged locally and sold directly to our customers while at its freshest.

All our beef is processed under USDA inspection. It is frozen, double wrapped in wax lined butcher's paper with the safe handling instructions sticker.

Each year, we have sides of beef available for purchase. In addition to being more economical, beef purchased by the side can be custom cut. This means that we can have the steaks and roasts cut to your size preference. We also offer vacuum sealing and tenderizing for a small additional cost.

Please contact us for the latest information on availability and prices of freezer beef. We accept deposits on sides of beef year 'round. We also welcome inquiries for smaller orders, which we are able to fill from time to time.
