Each share of the meat CSA consists of one roaster chicken, one lamb, half a cow and half a pig. Shareholders also enjoy a discount on eggs.
In 2009, shares were $1500 and meat is picked up frozen in Townsend at the North Forty Farmstand weekly over a period of 12 weeks.
